Return Policy

Metron Optics is committed to delivering high-quality industrial markers and mirrors with precision and reliability. Our products are made to order and thoroughly inspected before shipment.

As a result, returns are generally not accepted.

However, in the rare event a product is defective or damaged during shipping:

• Please contact us within 7 business days of receipt
• We may request photos or a return of the product for evaluation
• If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge

Additional Return Conditions:

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

Note: Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
