Application Guide

To use as a Tamper Seal:

  1. Identify the access point (such as bolt top)
  2. Apply ink to cover the access area
  3. Allow to dry completely
  4. Any disruption to the seal indicates tampering

To use as a Torque Stripe:

  1. Ambient temperature (faster with warm air)Ensure the part is properly secured
  2. Clean the application area if needed for best adhesion
  3. Apply ink across adjoining parts to create a continuous stripe
  4. Allow to dry at ambient temperature (warm air can speed up drying)
  5. During inspection, a broken stripe indicates loosening or tampering

Drying depends on atmospheric conditions and mark size—a small mark in warm, dry air cures faster than a larger mark in a moist environment.
