Metron Optics, Inc., comprised of three divisions, Metron Marker, Metron Mini Mirrors, and Metron Optics, has been manufacturing optical inspection instruments, marking pens, and accessories since 1971 for the electronics, industrial, medical, and various other industries worldwide.
The Metron Marker division produces marking pens and special formula inks that are available in unique needle like applicator pens, pints, gallons, or air dispensed syringes. Metron Markers come in a variety of colors, many of which are very bright and fluoresce under ultraviolet light. Formulas include Removable, Permanent, Solvent Resist, Solvent Washoff, Aquaclean, Transflour (invisible ink), solder fluxes, adhesives, contact lubricants, and others.
The Metron Mini Mirrors division manufactures highly reflective, optically clear, front and rear surface mirrors, which are available with an optional exclusive Diamond Coating that helps to prevent scratches. Used throughout the electronics (to see under parts, BGA’s or J-Leads), industrial, medical, and dental fields, Metron "Mini Mirrors" were designed "to let you see where you can’t."
The Metron Optics division manufactures a line of Inspection Equipment, which includes 3D Scanners, Super 3D Monoscope, Circuit Board Comparators, Hybrid Comparators, Fingerprint Comparators.
